It is with the quality of customer service in mind that SLP are embarking on a new system of work in the sales office. The new procedure has our CAD team working much more closely with our Sales team so that items are drawn up at the time of quotation. The theory behind this change is that with every quotation raised there are fully production-usable drawings behind it.
These changes ensure that our customers receive a rapid response to their quotation request, enabling them to make quicker decisions with quotations that are ready to go straight into production once the order is placed. It also enables a quicker transition to production, therefore shortening lead times.
This system was introduced in 2013 and we at SLP hope you, our valued customer, will see the benefits of a fast response to your enquiries and consistent fulfilment of delivery promises.
